DMF extraction and washing section of pharmaceutical factory

PROBLEM:
During the production of pharmaceutical intermediates, the pharmaceutical factory, After the synthesis reaction dichloromethane extraction and separation, Dichloromethane product stock solution contains DMF, A small amount of salt impurities, The pharmaceutical factory expressed its appeal to TIEI Extraction, That is, at first, remove the DMF in the stock solution; The second is to remove the inorganic salts in the stock solution.

SOLUTION
 According to the needs of the pharmaceutical factory, the process plan designed for TIEI Extraction mainly includes the washing section and the recovery section.    
Washing section:  
Water-soluble impurities such as DMF and inorganic salts in the original solution, Extraction washing occurs in the washing section (CWL450-M two-stage countercurrent), DMF and water-soluble impurities in the raw liquid are transferred to the aqueous phase, ultimately achieving the goal of purifying the raw liquid.  The raw liquid and washing water are accurately measured through a pump flowmeter to control the feed ratio and flow rate to achieve the best washing effect.
Recovery section:
Due to the fact that the water washing water passes through the two-stage countercurrent section, not only water-soluble impurities are removed, but also some products are taken away  (phenomenon: the effluent from the washing section is slightly turbid). Therefore, the Tianyi extraction engineer uses dihydromethane in the recovery section to extract and recover the "entrained product aqueous phase" in the washing section, achieving product recovery.
 Final washing section:
The "qualified stock solution" and the "dichloromethane load" in the recovery section are combined to enter the next processing section.

Result:
First of all, the motor power of the new CWL450-M centrifugal extractor is 3.0KW, compared to 15KW of the traditional 450 centrifuge. On the premise of ensuring the extraction rate and separation effect, the power consumption of the new CWL450-M centrifugal extractor is about 1/5 of that of the traditional model, which has been appreciated by customers. Secondly, the project belongs to an acidic system containing chloride ions, which requires high equipment material requirements. After two years of operation and tracking, the CWL450-M centrifugal extractor has experienced "0" problems of corrosion, deformation, and liquid leakage.
