Triazine ketone is mainly used as an intermediate in the production of insecticide triazine ketone products. Enterprises produce a large amount of triazine ketone wastewater during the production and processing process, which also contains components such as valproic acid. This type of wastewater sometimes has high chromaticity and a peculiar smell, causing adverse effects on the surrounding environment and causing increasingly serious environmental pollution problems. Therefore, such wastewater needs to be treated first before being discharged.

There are many methods for treating organic wastewater, but considering the overall cost, solvent extraction method has a significant effect on wastewater treatment. The solvent extraction method not only has low equipment investment, small footprint, low energy consumption, and convenient operation, but also can recover valuable substances from wastewater.

The operating process of solvent extraction method is to inject wastewater containing organic substances such as triazine ketone into a centrifugal extraction equipment through different feed ports according to a certain ratio with the extraction agent. The two-phase liquid is thoroughly mixed and transferred, and the organic substance triazine ketone in the wastewater is transferred to the extraction agent. Then, the two-phase liquid is quickly separated by shear force and discharged from the body through different outlets, completing the extraction process. After the organic matter is extracted, it is separated from the extractant through reverse extraction. The organic matter is recovered, and the extractant is regenerated for reuse. The residual liquid is discharged after subsequent biochemical treatment to meet the emission standards.

The equipment used for extraction and recovery of chemical organic wastewater mainly includes reaction kettles, extraction tanks, extraction towers, centrifugal extractors, etc. Compared to other traditional equipment, centrifugal extractors have obvious advantages, such as high extraction efficiency, simple and convenient operation, low power consumption, and larger processing capacity. Therefore, they are widely used in extraction sections in many fields.
