In industrial production, enterprises generally need to improve the above ordinary extraction and purification processes. Trichloromethane or dichloromethane can be used to extract tylosin from the fermentation filtrate. Impurities, however, it is difficult to remove some impurities in the later stage, which will seriously affect the quality and yield of tylosin.

After three-stage countercurrent extraction by CWL-M centrifugal extractor, the purity and quality of tylosin products are greatly improved. The total content of tylosin in the extract is not less than 98%.

At the same time, the CWL-M series three-stage countercurrent centrifugal extraction process is adopted, which improves the extraction yield and shortens the extraction cycle, greatly improving production efficiency. Its host equipment, CWL-M series centrifugal extractor, has a simple and stable structure, excellent mixing and separation effects, and can realize automatic control. The material of the equipment can be selected from perfluorinated materials, which can resist strong acid corrosion.
